Julie Vogel has been practicing family law exclusively since 2004. She represents clients in a wide range of family law cases, including complex marital estates, custody and child support, spousal maintenance and property valuations. Additionally she has participated in a significant number of appellate cases. She brings a diverse background to her practice with previous experience in corporate, real estate and employment law.
Ms. Vogel is a strong advocate of mediation and as such uses mediation and other dispute resolution options in an attempt to settle all issues. As a result, she resorts to litigation only in cases where settlement cannot be reached any other way. Ms. Vogel has significant experience in both mediation and litigation of family law issues.
Ms. Vogel earned her J.D. from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University graduating summa cum laude.
She resides in St. Paul, Minnesota and spends her spare time with her family at their rustic cabin in northern Ontario.
